Douglas Baingana Ndiho
Founder & Visionary, NDIHO Global
A Story Forged Across Continents
Douglas Baingana Ndiho was born in Rwanda and raised in Uganda. Growing up across different homes — and navigating life without his mother from a young age — he developed a resilience and faith that would shape everything he would go on to build.
After secondary school at Seroma High, Douglas pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Bangalore University in India in 2012. He returned to Kampala in 2015, interned with Stanbic Bank, and in 2018 made the bold move to Calgary, Canada — where he earned a Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Supply Chain Management.
Today, Douglas works as a Manager at Loblaw. But at the end of 2024, a bigger vision took hold — to connect media, innovation, faith, and community into something that would outlast any single career or company. That vision became NDIHO Global.

Education & Global Exposure
After secondary school at Seroma High, Douglas pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Bangalore University in India — an experience that broadened his worldview and sharpened his entrepreneurial thinking.
Kampala, Uganda — 2015 · Stanbic Bank Internship
Early Career & Leadership
Returning to Kampala in 2015, Douglas interned with Stanbic Bank, gaining hands-on experience in finance and business operations. This chapter deepened his understanding of enterprise and community impact.
Calgary, Canada — 2018
New Chapter in Canada
In 2018, Douglas moved to Calgary, Canada, where he studied a Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Supply Chain Management. He currently serves as a Manager at Loblaw, one of Canada's largest retailers.
